Today I've started a five days diet, where I'm only allowed do drink water, green tea and eat fruits. I want to cleanse my body from all bad stuff I've ate this summer and I think this is a good way to do it. So I hope I'm strong enough to stick to this intense diet!

I've had a couple of days were I ate what ever I wanted to eat....and I lost one kilo! I think it's because I've learned to read on everything I by. Like when I wanted to by some snacks I saw that my usual snack contained around 1000 calories! Of course I didn't by those! That's insane! But after a while I found snacks with 300 calories....which were really tasty! So I've learned that I can eat tasty things if I just choose the right one!

Last weekend I gained around one kilo! I've been working hard this week to lose it again! I've been exercising every morning and every evening. But somehow I just lose 0.1 kilo per day. But it's better than nothing right?

As I mentioned yesterday I ate pizza yesterday with an old friend, but afterwards I took a long walk. I gained 0.2 kilo witch isn’t so much when I consider that a pizza contains A LOT of calories. And I’m really happy about my weight loss this week!  Let’s hope this weekend turns out to be a good healthy diet weekend!

This week something really started happening with my weight loss! I'm starting to catch up on my diet schedule and I'm feeling great! I've been struggling with my eight kilo goal for 20 days now and I've lost 4 kilo! There is 17 days left to lose another 4 kilo! It will be very tough but I will really try to do it! It would be so nice to start school 8 kilos lighter! Though to night might be a miner set back since I will meet an old friend from school and eat pizza! But I will try to eat nothing else than fruit during the day, so it will probably be okay.

I ate a little extra food this week so I didn’t lose any weight, but I didn't gain any either. So I'm a little behind my diet schedule. But I'm planning to work hard this week so it will be okay in the end of this week. I will take long tough walks every day and eat only low calorie food.

Today I’ve worked toward my one month goal for twelve days and I’ve lost 2,5 kilo!  Even though I’m 0,5 kilo behind I’m very happy about it! Now I’ve got twenty tough days left to lose 5,5 kilo! I’m feeling very positive and I think I will reach it!

Yesterday I started on my summer work, painting. It was really exhausting and I think I brought way too much things to eat. So I gained some weight. So today I didn't bring as much. I hope it will look better on the scale tomorrow!

It's been a slow start of my diet, It was harder than I thought to start directly after a vacation! But I'm planning to give 100% tomorrow when it's Monday. Then I will follow a strict eating schedule, so things will really start to happen this week!

I'M BACK!!!!! Now my two weeks vacation in Greece is over! that's a relief! Now I can totally focus on my diet! As I thought I gained some weight, almost 4 kilo! So I really have to start my diet right away! I have about one month before school starts so I will try as hard as possible to lose weight! My goal is to lose 8 kilo! My three weapons will be water, no meat or pasta and long walks! I'm feeling very excited about this diet! It will be so nice to get rid of 8 kilo! WHOHO!

Now the day is finally here! Tonight I'm going on my vacation! So for two whole weeks I'm going to relax not thinking about anything, no school no diet! Of course I'm going to gain some weight but that's something I have to deal with when I come home again! But just because it's vacation I'm not going to eat everything I see, I will try to control myself. This will be a little test how much I have learned to control my eating behaviour!

Well as I predicted I gained some weight yesterday, but not as much as I though, only 0.3 kilo. So I'm quite happy about it! I barbecued with my family yesterday though I forced myself not to eat any sausages or meat, I grilled some salmon instead. I know that if I had eaten what everybody else did I had gained maybe one or two kilo! So I'm very happy that I didn't! Now it’s only five days left before I go on my vacation! I would like to lose two kilo during these five days. Which wouldn’t be impossible if I just eat healthy and take long walks every day! So this week will be a tough week but I will feel a lot happier if I managed to lose two kilo because I know I will gain a lot during my vacation!

I'm very surprised that I don't lose more weight than I do! I eat very healthy and only small portions and I drink a lot of water. I should be loosing much weight!!! It's very strange! And I still have swollen feet and legs, yesterday when I tried to sleep it was really swollen and was painful. Maybe it's because I've started to take long walks every day? I'm not sure, but I hope it stops soon and that I start losing some weight! Because it's not fun at all if you don't lose any weight when you really try!

Yesterday when I weighted myself I had gained 2 kilo!! I was shocked since I hadn't eaten anything wrong! But later that day I noticed that my feet, legs and hands was swollen, so probably my body has collected some water since it's so hot! This morning I had lost one kilo so it will probably be gone in a couple of days.
And now I'm having my summer vacation so I'm back home with my parents. Which is very nice, I take long walks three times a day and I eat surprisingly little food and no bad things! Very good!!!!
But this Friday it's midsummer and my father's birthday's coming up this weekend so there might be some setbacks. But nothing I can't handle!

My weight loss seems to have taken a little break. The reason is simple, I don't do any exercise. But it will all be better next week when I don't have any exams to worry about! Then I will take two long walks every day! I think it will help me a lot in my struggle to lose weight!

Today I found out that I've passed my exam I did last month!  I was sure that I hadn't passed it so I got really surprised and happy when I did!
Now I'm studying for an economic exam this Saturday. It's very difficult so I'm not sure that I will pass it, but I will sure try!
Next Thursday I'm going home to my parents over the summer. It will be good for my diet because there I take long walks every day! On the other hand I don't have any control of what we eat, which always means way to much fat!

Now I have lost all that I gained last Sunday. I'm still a little behind my weight curve, but I'm slowly catching up! Though I'm having problem pushing myself to exercise! Since it's so hot now I just want rest all the time! And the sun is shining so bright that my eyes hurt and gives me headache! So I'm actually longing for the autumn! But that won't stop me from reaching my goal!

Now I've been working toward my new goal for two days. I've lost 0.8 kilo so If I keep this up I will easily reach my goal! My strategy this time is to eat a lot of salad and fruit!
Like yesterday I started my day with a piece of dark bread with some tuna and some strawberries. For lunch and dinner I ate chicken salad and for snacks I ate some fruit. And of course I drank a lot of water and some cola light.

Today I set a new goal! From today to June 28 I must lose 5 kilo! I must do this to make me feel better of myself and since it's very unhealthy to be overweighed! It's about 0,2 kilo per day and that’s not impossible! So there is just no way that I shouldn’t reach this goal! So now It’s time to start eat salad and start jumping!

It's Wednesday evening and I'm feeling very tired and stressed and I have some pain in my eyes, which makes me very easily irritated! And my diet isn’t going so good so I'm starting to feel very sad that I'm not going to lose as much weight that I had hoped before the summer vacation!

It's a beautiful Sunday morning, the sun is shining and there's a whole day laying ahead! Now it's exactly one month left before I have my summer vacation. So It's really time to start losing some weight! I would like to lose at least 5 kilo! Which isn’t so easy! I'm now sitting by my computer drinking my first fruit smoothie! It's very tasty! I took one grapefruit, one avocado, one banana, one passion fruit, some strawberries and a little milk and mixed it all together. I think I will try to add some frozen strawberries tomorrow! I'm feeling very healthy today!

Okay the last week wasn't exactly my best diet week. But this week will be! I'm planning to eat a lot of fruit from today! I want to build up my immune defence a bit and I think fruit is the best thing to eat when you’re trying to lose some weight.
I think I'm going to try to make fruit smothies for breakfast, a nice healthy way to start your day!

Finally a weekend has passed without me gaining any weight, I even lost some! And how did I do it? Well I ate a lot of nice stuff for dinner but when the others ate donuts and other stuff I just ate one cookie. And when they drank soda I drank diet cola which had a really positive effect, it stilled my hunger!
I haven’t lost as much weight as I should but I’m happy anyway!

My diet isn't going as good as I would like it to go. Actually I'm not losing any weight at all. So the question is why? Well obviously I'm eating to much and I don't exercise as much as I should. And I've been very stressed for several reasons for quite some time now which is contributing to my eating habits.
But it’s never to late to change!

Now it's time to start my diet again! I've kind of ignoring my diet now for almost two weeks which of course ended in a lot of gained weight! It was a big mistake! But my old habits just took over and I didn't have the strength to stop it! But tonight I finally could convince myself to start again! I really don't want to look like this during the summer vacation, or at any time! So now I have two months to loose as much weight as possible. I'll try to loose about 13 kilo.
And what is my plan this time? Well of course I will try to eat healthy food, avoid things like sausage, pizza, ice-cream, soda and chocolate. And I will try to walk a lot more and of course ride my exercise bike a lot!

Finally I'm back following the weight schedule!
But the last days I've been feeling very strange! I've been hungry all the time and I have something in my eyes that makes me tired and reduces my eyesight! But It will probably disappear in a couple of days...I hope!

Now the two weeks diet is over, I've lost 2 kilos. It's not as much as I had hoped for but it's okay. During these two weeks I’ve realised that the problem is the weekends! If I just could control my eating during the weekends the diet would go really good! Today I'm starting my new two weeks diet! I'm planning to lose 2.8 kilo! But it's going to be very tough because it's Easter in less than a week!

Today I ate a banana for breakfast, lasagne for lunch and since it contained over 550 calories I ate some fruit for dinner. Now it's just three days left on my two weeks diet and I have one kilo left! I'm starting to get a little nervous that I wont make it!
But I'm planning to eat some healthy salmon tomorrow and increase my Exercise! So there is still some hope!

Now I'm on my ninth day and I have lost 2 kilos! I'm very pleased with the result! I've been able to resist eating any candy or drinking soda!!! So I'm very proud of my self! And this morning I could see that my stomach was slightly smaller! So now It really feels like I'm on the way to my new thin life! I just hope I can keep this motivation! So I don't go back to my old habits.

After a tough day I'm starting to catch up on my weight schedule! Yesterday I started to count the amount of calories I'm eating so I know when to stop eating! And I think I will continue with it since It really made me see how much calories everything contains! I'll think twice before I eat something really tasty!

Now I'm on my third day of this wonderful diet! I think this strategy of eating fruit between the main courses really works for me. And one of my biggest problems have been after the dinner when I always wants to eat something sweet. So yesterday I ate some frozen blueberries and raspberries after my dinner. Which satisfied my desire for sweets!!! So I’m slowly replacing all the bad things to healthy food! So I'm feeling very positive about this diet!!!

Yesterday I had a slow start in my diet, but today I'm starting for real! For lunch I'm planning to eat a tuna salad and for dinner some salmon, vegetables and just little potatoes. I'm also planning to go for a little walk to the store today and by some fruit! So I hope I will see some results very soon! But this time it realy feels like I'm going to make it!!!

Today I'm once again going to start my diet. This time I'm not going to set an impossible goal! I've noticed that when I have to much pressure I loose much weight in the beginning but then after a week I'm back eating bad food again! So this time I'm going to have a less stressful diet! My first goal will be to loose 3.3 kg in two weeks. And my strategy will be replacing all the extra food with fruit and carrots!
